As spelt out in its vision statement, the Department of Medical Microbiology is passionate about training students at all levels. We train undergraduate medical students as well as graduate students. The Department also contributes to the residency training programme in Laboratory Medicine of the Ghana College of Physicians and Surgeons. Our passion to provide training is also expressed by the short courses we offer to the general public. We revise our curriculum regularly to reflect current knowledge in the field of Medical Microbiology.
