Building strong partnerships with alumni is one way that an institution could enhance its outlook. Consequently, the Department of Medical Microbiology has initiated an alumni network project. This project, dabbed Alumni Microbee, will connect most if not all of the Department’s MPhil and PhD graduates. Within the alumni project, we conduct tracer studies of our past students, share alumni success stories, connect recent graduates with alumni, and organise an alumni congress. Alumni Microbee is coordinated by Professor Patrick F. Ayeh-Kumi, an alumnus and a faculty member of the Department of Medical Microbiology.
